Budget Committee’s proposal includes:
- Budget and Fundraising Strategy Recommendations– Specific issues the committee identified for further discussion based on the review of the budget. These questions will be discussed at tomorrow’s meeting and will lead to further refinement of the budget.
- Revised Budget Format-The committee is recommending a revised format to more clearly connect the budget to the PTA’s goals, provide more context on how funds are being generated and used, and identify fixed versus variable costs.
- Future Budget Planning Process– A proposal on the series of steps and timeline for annual budget planning and adoption.
