Procurement Coordinator: Assists with soliciting and managing all auction donations / Tracks all donations via already-established spreadsheet / Manages online donation procurement

Beverage Coordinator: Finds and secures sponsors / Provides auction tickets to sponsors / Ensures sponsor’s advertising is promoted before, during and after event
